Ranch Chicken Enchiladas

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add onions; cook and stir 4 to 5 min.
  4. or until crisp-tender.
  5. Add chicken, olives and dressing; cook 2 to 3 min.
  6. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  7. Spoon about 1/3 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up.
  8. Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooked spray; top with salsa and cheese.
  9. Bake 15 min.
  10. or until enchiladas are heated through and cheese is melted.
