Gluten Free Matzah

  1. Preheat oven to 500.
  2. Combine dry ingredients.
  3. Place into stand mixer or food processor.
  4. Add oil and combine.
  5. Slowly add water while mixing/pulsing until moist, well combined dough ball is formed.
  6. You may not need all the water.
  7. Divide dough into 4 equal parts.
  8. Press each ball of dough into ungreased baking sheet until very thin.
  9. Pierce flattened dough with fork.
  10. Bake until edges are golden brown.
  11. Approximately 10 - 12 minutes.
