The Realtor's Cantaloupe Sorbet
- 1 12 cups water
- 12 cup sugar
- 2 cups chopped cantaloupes
- Bring 3 cups water and sugar just to a boil in a medium saucepan over high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat.
- Cool completely in frige, about 2 hours.
- Process sugar syrup and cantaloupe in a blender until smooth.
- Pour mixture into the freezer container of ice-cream maker, and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
