The Realtor's Cantaloupe Sorbet

  1. Bring 3 cups water and sugar just to a boil in a medium saucepan over high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Cool completely in frige, about 2 hours.
  4. Process sugar syrup and cantaloupe in a blender until smooth.
  5. Pour mixture into the freezer container of ice-cream maker, and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
