Easy Nanohana Dressed in Japanese Mustard in 3 Minutes

  1. Slice the nanohana into 3-4 cm pieces.
  2. Boil the stem for 2 minutes and the leaves for 1 minute in boiling saltwater.
  3. Soak them in cold water, then squeeze them to drain.
  4. Combine and mix the Japanese mustard and mentsuyu.
  5. Add the nanohana and mix.
  6. Sprinkle on some sesame seeds to serve.
