Chhaya's All-Purpose Curry Powder

  1. Dry fry all the ingredients until they are slightly brown and a nice aroma is in the air.
  2. Powder them in a Magic Bullet or similar.
  3. Store it for use as desired.
  4. It will keep for a long time.
