Nanas Hot Chicken Salad Casserole
- 3 whole Chicken Breasts, Cooked And Diced
- 2 cups Finely Diced Celery
- 1/2 cups Slivered Almonds
- 1 cup Finely Diced Onion
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1 cup Crushed Lays Potato Chips
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Chicken Stock Or Broth
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Simmer chicken until tender.
- Mix all ingredients (except the chicken stock) in a large bowl.
- Put into the casserole dish.
- Pour chicken stock over ingredients and cover with foil.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
