Nanas Hot Chicken Salad Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Simmer chicken until tender.
  3. Mix all ingredients (except the chicken stock) in a large bowl.
  4. Put into the casserole dish.
  5. Pour chicken stock over ingredients and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
