Fresh Green Salad with Bacon Vinaigrette

  1. Toss lettuce with onions and dill in large serving bowl.
  2. Cook and stir bacon in large skillet on medium heat until bacon is crisp.
  3. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon, reserving 2 Tbsp.
  4. drippings in skillet.
  5. Return bacon to skillet.
  6. Add vinegar, mustard and pepper; stir.
  7. Bring to boil.
  8. Pour over lettuce mixture; toss to coat.
  9. Serve immediately.
