Fresh Green Salad with Bacon Vinaigrette
- 8 cups tightly packed torn leaf lettuce
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 12 slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp. GREY POUPON Harvest Coarse Ground Mustard
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Toss lettuce with onions and dill in large serving bowl.
- Cook and stir bacon in large skillet on medium heat until bacon is crisp.
- Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon, reserving 2 Tbsp.
- drippings in skillet.
- Return bacon to skillet.
- Add vinegar, mustard and pepper; stir.
- Bring to boil.
- Pour over lettuce mixture; toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
