Italian Vinaigrette

• 8 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (good quality)
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup olive oil
• 1 teaspoon basil
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

1. Combine all ingredients and shake well.
