Jalapeno popper dip
- 2 packages 8 oz. each cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 4 oz. can chopped green chiles
- 2 oz canned diced jalapeno peppers, drained and chopped or 2 oz. fresh jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 chopped green onion for garnish
- Combine all ingredients except green onion and mix well.
- Place in slow cooker for 4 hours.
- If you are in a rush, place in a baking dish and bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or sliced french bread.
