Three Way Fruit Cheesecake

  1. Combine biscuit crumbs and butter.
  2. Press into the base and sides of a 23cm spring form pan; chill.
  3. Stir boiling water, lemon juice and jelly crystals until dissolved.
  4. Beat Philly* until smooth, stir in all remaining ingredients including jelly mixture.
  5. Pour into prepared crumb crust, chill until firm.
  6. Decorate as required.
