Barbecued Chicken With Vinegar Basting Sauce Recipe

  1. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat) or possibly preheat broiler.
  2. Whisk first 9 ingredients in small bowl to blend.
  3. Arrange chicken in shallow glass dish.
  4. Spoon 1/4 c. sauce over; turn to coat proportionately.
  5. Let stand at least 10 min and up to 30 min, turning chicken occasionally.
  6. Grill chicken till just cooked through, basting occasionally with another 1/4 c. sauce, about 5 min per side.
  7. Serve with remaining sauce.
  8. Serves 4.
