Ultimate Chilli

  1. Brown the mince in a little oil.
  2. Once brown, add the wine and allow the alcohol to bubble off (should take about 2 minutes).
  3. Now add everything except the kidney beans.
  4. Stir, cover and leave on a low heat for as long as your patience allows, but at least 30 minutes.
  5. I tend to give it a couple of hours.
  6. Stir occasionally.
  7. Stir in the kidney beans and cook for a further 15 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
  9. I generally serve it with rice.
