Chinese Pork And Peas (Stir Fry) Recipe
- 1/2 pound uncooked pork
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sherry
- 7 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 1 teaspoon instant bouillon
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. cool water
- 1 c. snow peas or possibly frzn peas
- Slice the pork fine.
- Heat skillet or possibly wok and stir fry pork till done.
- Add in soy sauce and sherry; set aside.
- Saute/fry mushrooms on one Tbsp.
- oil.
- Add in to the meat.
- Pour boiling water in a pan and add in bouillon, peas and a mix of cornstarch and cool water.
- Heat thoroughly.
- Add in pork mix back to sauce.
- Serve warm over rice.
- Serves 4.
