Chinese Pork And Peas (Stir Fry) Recipe

  1. Slice the pork fine.
  2. Heat skillet or possibly wok and stir fry pork till done.
  3. Add in soy sauce and sherry; set aside.
  4. Saute/fry mushrooms on one Tbsp.
  5. oil.
  6. Add in to the meat.
  7. Pour boiling water in a pan and add in bouillon, peas and a mix of cornstarch and cool water.
  8. Heat thoroughly.
  9. Add in pork mix back to sauce.
  10. Serve warm over rice.
  11. Serves 4.
