Tofu Bagel

  1. Drain and mash tofu.
  2. Mix it with mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, celery, green pepper, onion and vinegar.
  3. Spoon one-fourth of the mixture onto each bagel half.
  4. Surround with tomato slices, and serve.
