Mediterranean Dip
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese- Softenend
- 6 ounces, weight Greek-style Yogurt
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Greek Seasoning
- 10 ounces, weight Hummus
- 1 Half Cucumber, Diced
- 2 whole Roma Tomatoes, Diced
- 1 cup Kalamata Olives, Chopped
- 4 ounces, weight Feta Cheese, Crumbled
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley, Chopped
- In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese and yogurt until well combined and smooth.
- Add in garlic and seasoning.
- Spread onto serving plate.
- Top with hummus, spreading evenly over yogurt layer.
- Top hummus with cucumber, tomatoes and olives.
- Crumble feta over olives and garnish with parsley.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
