Pork Chop & Potato Scallop Recipe

  1. In skillet, brown chops (use shortening if necessary).
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Blend soup, lowfat sour cream, water and dill.
  4. In 2 qt casserole, alternate layers of potatoes and sauce.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min.
  6. Top with chops.
  7. Cover, bake 45 min more till done.
  8. Garnish with parsley.
  9. 3 servings.
