Chocolate Pastry Twists
- 1 sheet (1/2 of 450-g pkg.) frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Unroll puff pastry and place on parchment paper.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Combine sugar, chocolate chips and cinnamon in small bowl.
- Sprinkle evenly over pastry.
- Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the dough into 1-inch strips.
- Fold each dough piece in half; twist a few times and place on parchment covered baking sheets.
- Bake 18 to 20 min.
- or until puffed and golden brown.
