Cheesy Ground Beef & Zucchini Stuffed Peppers

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brown meat in skillet; drain.
  3. Meanwhile, bring water to boil in large saucepan.
  4. Add rice; cover.
  5. Simmer 5 min.
  6. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
  7. Drain meat.
  8. Add to rice with zucchini and 1 cup each pasta sauce and cheese.
  9. Place 1 pepper half in center of each of 6 large sheets of heavy-duty foil; fill with meat mixture.
  10. Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
  11. Bring up foil sides.
  12. Add 1 Tbsp.
  13. water to each packet.
  14. Double-fold top and ends to seal each packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  15. Grill 20 to 25 min.
  16. or until filling is heated through and peppers are crisp-tender.
  17. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening each packet.
