Baked Peppers with Feta & Ground Beef Stuffing

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
  3. Add onions; cook and stir on medium heat 2 min.
  4. or until crisp-tender.
  5. Add next 5 ingredients; mix well.
  6. Spoon evenly into pepper halves; place in shallow baking dish.
  7. Pour water into bottom of dish; cover with foil.
  8. Bake 35 min.
  9. or until peppers are crisp-tender.
