Gingerbread Pancake Dreams

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Whisk egg, milk, molasses and oil until blended.
  3. Add to dry ingredients; stir just until moistened.
  4. Ladle batter onto hot nonstick griddle or into hot nonstick skillet, using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on tops, then turn to brown other sides.
  6. Serve topped with COOL WHIP and chocolate.
