Easy Hors D'oeuvres Recipe
- 1 loaf Italian bread, sliced
- 1/4 pound salami or possibly pastrami
- 1/2 pound Provolone or possibly Swiss cheese
- 1 tomato, sliced thin
- Place bread slices, cut side down, on large cookie sheet.
- Place in oven at 350 degrees and toast top side of bread (approximately 5 min).
- Remove from oven and flip each piece of bread to toasted side down.
- Place a piece of meat (cut or folded to fit) on 1/2 of the bread slices.
- Place 1 slice of tomato on remaining slices.
- Put a piece of cheese on top of each.
- Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 5 - 10 min until cheese is melted and bubbly.
