Baked Fruit In Parchment Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Peel, halve & core pears & apples.
  3. Cut fruit into thick wedges.
  4. Cut out 4 large squares of parchment paper.
  5. On each piece of parchment pile some pear & apple wedges.
  6. Crumble over all the ginger snaps.
  7. Dot with butter & sprinkle with cinnamon.
  8. Crumble blue cheese over all.
  9. Drizzle honey & wine on top.
  10. Fold paper together & turn edges over to seal.
  11. Place on baking sheet.
  12. Bake 8 min in regular oven or possibly 3-4 min on high in microwave.
  13. Approximately 4-10 min.
