Baked Fruit In Parchment Recipe
- 2 x Ripe pears
- 2 x Ripe granny smith apples
- 8 x Ginger snap cookies
- 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter Cinnamon
- 6 ounce Blue cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 8 Tbsp. Sweet wine
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Peel, halve & core pears & apples.
- Cut fruit into thick wedges.
- Cut out 4 large squares of parchment paper.
- On each piece of parchment pile some pear & apple wedges.
- Crumble over all the ginger snaps.
- Dot with butter & sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Crumble blue cheese over all.
- Drizzle honey & wine on top.
- Fold paper together & turn edges over to seal.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Bake 8 min in regular oven or possibly 3-4 min on high in microwave.
- Approximately 4-10 min.
