Easy Lemon Ice

  1. Add boiling water to jelly powder in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in soda, zest and juice.
  4. Pour into 9-inch square pan; cover.
  5. Freeze 3 hours or until firm.
  6. Remove from freezer; let stand at room temperature 10 min.
  7. Use spoon or fork to scrape jelly mixture into small pieces; spoon into 6 dessert dishes.
  8. Top each with 1 Tbsp.
  9. Cool Whip and 1 berry.
  10. Serve immediately.
  11. Freeze leftovers.
