Hominy Bake

• 2 (29 ounce) cans white hominy, drained
• 1 pint sour cream
• 1 medium onion, minced
• 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chilies
• 2 cups monterey jack cheese or 2 cups monterey jack pepper cheese, shredded
• salt & pepper

1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Pour into a 13x9 baking dish.
3. Bake @ 350degrees 45 to 60 minutes.
