Pot Roast With Gravy Recipe
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 4 pound rump roast
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 lg. onion, sliced
- 12 med. carrots, quartered
- 10 med. potatoes, quartered
- Put meat in covered roaster pan.
- Add in salt and pepper.
- Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 3 hrs.
- Add in potatoes, onions and carrots.
- Add in mushroom soup.
- Return to oven and cook covered till meat and vegetables are tender.
