Easy Cheesy Sauce

• 2 tablespoons oil
• 12 cup flour
• 2 cups milk
• 8 -16 ounces shredded cheese

1. Heat oil in pan.
2. Mix in flour, browning slightly.
3. Add milk, stirring constantly to thicken.
4. Mix in cheese, allowing it to melt.
