Reuben

  1. Combine sauerkraut, 1 cup dressing (or 1 Tbsp.
  2. dressing for trial recipe) and caraway seed.
  3. For each serving: Spread 1 Tbsp.
  4. of the remaining dressing onto 1 bread slice.
  5. Top 1 bread slice with 3 oz.
  6. corned beef, 1/4 cup sauerkraut mixture and 2 cheese slices.
  7. Broil until cheese begins to melt.
  8. Cover with second bread slice.
  9. Broil until sandwich is toasted on both sides, turning once.
