Triple Chocolate Cake
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix, any variety
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1-1/2 cups miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- Beat cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, oil and water with electric mixer on low speed just to moisten, scraping side of bowl frequently.
- Beat on medium speed 2 minutes.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour into greased and floured 12-cup fluted tube pan or 10-inch tube pan.
- Bake at 350F for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes; loosen cake from side of pan with spatula or knife.
- Gently remove cake.
- Cool completely on wire rack.
