Zesty Pear Salad #RSC
- 6 cups fresh spinach, cleaned and dried
- 12 cup chopped almonds
- 1 lemon
- 1 pear, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 12 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons rosemary
- Reynolds Wrap Foil
- Combine spinach and pear in a salad bowl, add almonds and dress the salad with lemon juice and olive oil, rosemary.
- Top salad with cherry tomatoes.
- Chill in the fridge and cover with Reynolds Wrap Foil for 15 minute.
- Enjoy!
