Broiled Keftas

  1. Mix all the ingredients together then knead well to make a homogenous paste.
  2. Chill for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the broiler or barbecue.
  4. Form meat mixture into small cakes about 2-inches in diameter and 3/4 inch thick.
  5. Broil or barbecue for a few minutes each side.
  6. Serve sprinkled with a mixture of salt and cumin.
