Nasi goreng
- 1 1/4 cup white rice, cooked and cooled, keep covered to prevent drying up
- 1 cup luncheon meat or ham or sausage or barbecue meat, chopped into dice size
- 1 big purple onion, sliced
- 2 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
- 5 tbsp chilli sauce
- 2 egg, beaten
- Heat cooking oil in frying pan using high heat.
- Add cooked rice, onion and meat.
- Stir fry till fragrant.
- Add chilli sauce.
- Stir fry the rice till evenly mixed.
- Add in egg.
- Stir fry the rice till evenly mixed.
- Ready to serve.
