Shrimp n Scallop pasta w/ White Wine sauce

  1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, according to package instructions.
  2. Drain thoroughly.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  4. Add peppers, onions and garlic.
  5. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes, stirring often.
  6. Add scallops and cook 1 minute longer.
  7. Add wine and simmer for 2 minutes, until scallops are just cooked through.
  8. Stir in mustard and parsley.
  9. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  10. Serve over pasta!
  11. Mix together, if you prefer.
