Chicken Sausage Pizza
- 1 pound Chicken Sausage , Removed From Casing
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Divided
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Cut Into Strips
- 1 whole Yellow Bell Pepper, Cut Into Strips
- 1 whole Orange Bell Pepper, Cut Into Strips
- 1/2 whole Small Red Onion Cut Into Strips
- 1 whole Storebought Pizza Crust
- 8 ounces, fluid Alfredo Sauce
- 4 ounces, weight Diced Green Chilis
- 4 ounces, weight Diced Black Olives, Drained
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- Preheat oven to temperature stated on the pizza crust package.
- Cut your sausage out of the casing and brown the meat over medium heat in a pan with about 1 Tablespoon of olive oil.
- When fully cooked and browned, remove sausage from pan and drain on a plate lined with paper towels.
- Add about 2 Tablespoons of olive oil to the pan and saute the bell peppers and onion until soft.
- Prepare your pizza crust by brushing it with a little olive oil, then spread the alfredo sauce on the crust.
- Layer the chicken sausage, pepper and onions.
- End with the black olives and green chilis, then top with the shredded cheese.
- Cook as directed by pizza crust package.
