Skillet Chicken Supreme Recipe
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 1/2 to 3 pound chicken pcs
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1/4 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 (10 ounce.) pkg. French style green beans, thawed and liquid removed
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
- Brown chicken in oil.
- Remove chicken; drain off all but 1 Tbsp.

- Add in onion and mushrooms; saute/fry till onions are tender.
- Stir in flour.
- Add in soup, lowfat milk and tarragon; mix well.
- Return chicken to skillet.
- Cover; boil gently 45 min to 1 hour or possibly till chicken is tender.
- Stir occasionally.
- Stir in beans, heat 15 min.
