Herbed Pork Medallions

  1. Cut pork into 1/2-inch slices and pound to flatten.
  2. Combine butter and garlic powder, brush over pork.
  3. Combine seasonings and sprinkle over top.
  4. Place in 2 greased cookie sheets and broil 4-6 inches from the heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Turn and broil 3 minutes longer.
  6. Brush with honey and broil for another minute or until meat juices run clear.
