Marinated Pork Chop with Pineapple Salsa

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Place in a resealable plastic bag and add the pork chops.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for up to 3 hours.
  4. Mix all the salsa ingredients in a medium bowl.
  5. Taste for seasoning.
  6. Set aside for 10 minutes for flavors to meld.
  7. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  8. Remove chops from marinade.
  9. Grill for 5 minutes per side for a medium rare and 8 minutes for medium.
  10. Remove chops from grill and let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
  11. Spoon the salsa on top.
