Vieux Blanc
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka, preferably rye, such as Bols
- 3/4 ounce pisco
- 3/4 ounce French vermouth, such as Dolin
- 1/4 ounce Galliano (Italian herbal liqueur)
- 1/4 ounce Benedictine (spiced herbal liqueur)
- 2 dashes of lemon bitters
- Ice
- 1 lemon twist
- In a mixing glass, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the lemon twist; fill with ice and stir well.
- Strain into a chilled coupe, then pinch the twist over the drink and discard.
