Chicken Deliciously
- 3 boneless chicken breasts
- sliced Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 2 cups Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup water
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
- Place the chicken breasts in a glass or corning ware dish.
- Cover chicken with slices of cheese.
- Spread 2 tbsp of soup from the can over and around cheese.
- Add water to remainder of soup and mix.
- Pour the soup evenly over the cheese and chicken.
- Spread the stuffing mix evenly over the top.
- Pour melted butter evenly over the stuffing.
- Bake at 350F (180C) for 50 minutes.
