Chilli Cheese Mash Potatos Cups

  1. preheat the oven to midum high (200c) up and down.
  2. in a pan, put the beef on a medium heat and and ground it by spoon untill it becomes brown.
  3. the water still there.
  4. add the shreded onion.
  5. then, blend the tomatos with the paste and add them to the beef.
  6. add the beens.
  7. sprinkle the spices and salt and mix.
  8. if u found that you need water, add some.
  9. after few mins close under it.
  10. now in another pan add the potatos after peeling and cutting it with some salt and cover it with water and boil until it become soft.
  11. take out the potatos without water and add the butter and cheeses on it but not all the parma just the half of it.
  12. now in the cupcake's tray put the cups if have it and put one spoonful of the mash
  13. now put one spoon of the chili
  14. cover it with mash potatos.
  15. sprinkle some paresan cheese.
  16. bake it until it become gold
