Cranberry Pork Roast
- 3 -4 lbs pork roast
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup ground cranberries
- 14 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- Brown roast on all sides.
- Put into crockpot.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients, pour over roast.
- Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
- Serve sliced with drippings poured over.
