Miss Ms Meat Cupcakes
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 package (12 Oz. Package) Stuffing Mix
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 cup Mozzrella Cheese
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, stuffing mix, and water until well combined.
- Using your hands, create 12 medium-sized cupcakes and drop them into the muffin tin.
- Use a large spoon to make a well on top of each cupcake and spoon on the spaghetti sauce.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Add the cheese on top of each cupcake, then bake for another 5 minutes.
- Serve with green beans and potatoes.
- (You can substitute salsa for the spaghetti sauce if you want.)
