Miss Ms Meat Cupcakes

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, stuffing mix, and water until well combined.
  4. Using your hands, create 12 medium-sized cupcakes and drop them into the muffin tin.
  5. Use a large spoon to make a well on top of each cupcake and spoon on the spaghetti sauce.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  7. Add the cheese on top of each cupcake, then bake for another 5 minutes.
  8. Serve with green beans and potatoes.
  9. (You can substitute salsa for the spaghetti sauce if you want.)
