Beef In Mushroom Sauce Recipe

  1. Put piece of beef in warm fat.
  2. Add in peeled and sliced mushrooms, minced onions and seasonings.
  3. Fry these for a few min before adding the water.
  4. Put the lid on and let it cook slowly, till meat is tender.
  5. Remove meat and cut it on board into slices about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Add in flour to the pan in that the meat was cooked, stir well and add in the sour lowfat milk.
  7. Arrange the slices of meat on a dish, and pour thick gravy over it before serving.
  8. Garnish with boiled macaroni.
