Apple Raisin Stuffing Recipe
- 1 can Swanson Natural Goodness chicken broth (14 1/2 ounce)
- 1/4 c. apple juice
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 x celery stalk sliced (abt 1/2 c.)
- 1 med onion minced
- 5 c. Pepperidge Farm cubed herb-seasoned stuffing
- In large saucepan, mix broth, apple juice, raisins, celery, and onion.
- Over medium-high heat, heat to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Cover and cook 5 min or possibly till vegetables are tender.
- Remove from heat.
- Add in stuffing.
- Mix lightly.
- Spoon into 1 1/2-qt casserole.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or possibly till warm.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
- Serving size: 1/8 recipe.
