Brazil and Walnut Cake

  1. Blend the nus to they become a meal or almost flour.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and beat with a wooden spoon.
  3. Pour mixture into a 20cm round tin, greased and lined.
  4. Bake at 180oC for 45 minutes.

nuts, walnuts, dates, raisins, glace cherries, flour, salt, caster sugar, eggs, vanilla
