Hungarian Beef

  1. Brown the beef in a small amount of oil.
  2. Stir in next 9 ingredients.
  3. Simmer, covered 2-2 1/2 hours, or until meat is tender.
  4. Blend in flour and remaining 1/4 cup water and stir into sauce.
  5. Cook until thickened.
