Monkey Gland Steak

  1. In a heavy skillet, heat oil.
  2. Saute onions and garlic until soft.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Fry or grill the steaks separately.
  5. When done frying, spoon the sauce over the steaks.
  6. Serve with rice.
