BBQ Potato, Bacon & Corn Salad
- 1/3 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
- 1/3 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 lb. small red potatoes, cooked, quartered King Sooper's 5 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
- 1 can (12 fl oz /341 mL) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped red peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- 1/4 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
- Mix dressing, barbecue sauce and mustard in large bowl.
- Add all remaining ingredients except for the bacon bits; mix lightly.
- Sprinkle top of salad with bacon bits.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
