Easy Cheesy Potato Fans

• 4 small Yukon gold potatoes (1 lb.)
• 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing
• 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Three Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
• 1 green onion, sliced

1. Heat oven to 400F.
2. Place potatoes on microwaveable plate; prick each in several places with fork.
3. Microwave on HIGH 8 to 10 min.
4. or until tender, turning and rearranging every 3 min.
5. Cool 10 min.
6. Make 7 to 9 diagonal cuts in top of each potato, cutting about 3/4 of the way into potato.
7. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
8. Gently spread slices of 1 potato slightly apart; brush with 1 Tbsp.
9. dressing.
10. Repeat with remaining potatoes and dressing.
11. Bake 15 to 18 min.
12. or until potatoes are lightly browned.
13. Top with cheese; bake 1 to 2 min.
14. or until melted.
15. Sprinkle with onions.
