Cranberry Wontons
- 3/4 cups Whole Cranberry Sauce
- 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded And Chopped
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 10 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 24 whole Wonton Wrappers
- Combine the whole cranberry sauce, jalapeno, sugar and mayonnaise in a food processor.
- Process until smooth.
- Divide the mixture in half (it makes about 1 cup total) and reserve one half (1/2 cup) for a dipping sauce.
- With the remaining half, blend in the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Spray a mini muffin tin (holds 24) with cooking spray.
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Lay out 24 wonton wrappers and spoon about a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture in the middle of each wrapper.
- Gather up each corner and place the neat little packet into the mini muffin tin.
- Bake in the oven until golden brown and crispy.
- This will take about 10 minutes.
- Dip the wontons in the dipping sauce.
- Enjoy!
