Easy Fruit Cake

  1. Heat oven to 275 degrees F.
  2. Line 2 (8x4-inch) loaf pans with parchment, with ends of parchment extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
  3. Beat cake mix, applesauce and eggs in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  4. Toss fruit with flour in medium bowl; stir into cake batter.
  5. Pour into prepared pans.
  6. Bake 1 hour 45 min.
  7. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean.
  8. Cool completely.
  9. Use parchment handles to remove cakes from pans.
  10. Beat cream cheese, butter and sugar with mixer until blended; drizzle over cakes.
  11. Sprinkle with nuts.
